Teacher Appreciation Gifts

I think these turned out great for Aryia's Teachers.

I got the 16 oz. double wall tumblers with lids and straws at the Dollar Tree Deals online store. 4 colors, 24 to a case (you have to buy by the case) delivered to the closest Dollar Tree for free. $1.00 a piece!

I put a pack of twizzlers, 3 different drink packets (orange early rise, energy wild strawberry and metabolism peach mango green tea $1.78 for 10 at Walmart).

The ticket says Caprock Teachers Rock and the circle says Thank You for helping Aryia BLOOM.

Bows, Bows and more Bows

Well Aunt Tabbie came down for the weekend to have a "Girls Night " with Aryia, Liz and Sarah.
 Before she came Aryia had oh about 20-25 bows and now.....

This is her wooden letters that Aunt Tabbie got her, I added long ribbons to the bottom of each letter.

She is now the proud owner of over 100, that's right folks I said over 100 bows! A huge amount of these are from KTN Bows and some were made by Aunt Tabbie herself, love you Tabbie.

Doin the Happy Dance!!!

I just got my new Silhouette Cameo, I just got my new Silhouette Cameo, I just got my new Silhouette Cameo HAHAHAHAHA.

I am so doing the happy dance right now and loving it. I spent all day Saturday re-arranging my craft/computer area so I can get this bad boy up and cutting.
My first cuts are a gable box, two filigree butterfly tags and a flourish. I haven't figured out what to do with them yet but right now I am not even thinking about that I'm just so tickled to have the darned thing. I have so many ideas... looks like everyone is getting some really great stuff for Christmas this year LOL.

I'll be back to post pics later and I have some more bows for Aryia to show off too.

Stick Horse Rodeo

Aryia's kindergarten class is having a Stick horse rodeo because they are learning about Texas.
Here is the stick horse I made for her

Hee hee hee didn't it turn out so cute? The conchos on the reins are texas, a coyote, a boot, an arrowhead, and armadillo and a saguaro cactus. The main is just black cardstock cut into a fringe, the strands are black yarn with shiny black plastic pieces to add a little sparkle, the bridle and reins are ribbon, the ears are felt with a velvet pink lining. The conchos are attached with star brads in gold and silver. The zebra is printed on heavy cardstock.
